So, we are delighted to be able to share with you, the exciting news that Dun Laoghaire Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic are opening the doors to our new premises on Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, on Tuesday 8th June 2021!
Patrick Street is a vibrant part of Dun Laoghaire, home to many business and residents, and we are delighted to become a part of the area. You’ll find us at number 67. This is the upper end of Patrick Street, in behind Bluebird Healthcare.
It has been a busy few months getting everything ready for the move, as well as continuing full clinics in our current locations, but we are confident that the hard work is well worth it, and that you are going to love the new premises as much as we do.
The clinic is clean, bright and spacious. A perfect ground floor premises with flat access for wheeled users. There are also ground floor, wheelchair accessible toilet facilities. Most importantly though you’ll receive the same great Physiotherapy assessment and management from Niall, Sarah and Joe, as you have come to expect in the other locations. If you don’t know us well yet, check out our website to learn a little more about what we each offer.
How do you get to us?
Many will be able to walk to us, be that from their home or their place of work. Others may choose to cycle; we are currently installing a suitable bike rack for storage. Some may travel to us by DART, the closest access being Dun Laoghaire DART station with a short walk along Marine Road and Patrick Street (c. 750m). And then there are many bus options within a short walk, passing along the High Street (Georges Street Upper), The Glenageary Road, or Tivoli Road.
If you are approaching from George’s Street then you simply need to turn up Patrick Street and follow the road up, through Cross Avenue, and we are on the left-hand side, just past the builder merchants on the right.
If you are approaching from Tivoli Road, you can either walk down Patrick Street and you’ll find us on the right-hand side. Or, if driving, we’d recommend taking Mulgrave Street, coming across Cross Avenue and then first left up Patrick Street. We are on the left-hand side, just past the builders merchants on the right. Please note that Patrick Street is a one-way road and so you cannot turn down it from Tivoli Road.
Parking: There are lots of on street parking opportunities in the area, please check signage for pay and display terms. There are 3 very local disability badge holder spaces, on Cross Avenue and Patrick Street.
Clients may also be dropped to our door if receiving a lift. Vehicles can pull in through our archway to drop off and collect. We ask that you do not park in this car park during office hours.
How can I contact you?
We can be contacted by phone or email. We endeavour to answer emails and respond to messages as soon as we possibly can. Alternatively, bookings can be made directly on our website www.dunlaoghairephysiotherapy.com by following ’make a booking’.
For post, or google maps, our new address is Dun Laoghaire Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, 67 Patrick Street, Dun Laoghaire, A96 V652.
Can I still have an appointment in the Pottery Road Location or Summerhill Road Location?
In making the move to Patrick Street we will no longer be available in the Dun Laoghaire Business Park, Pottery Road (last appointments Monday 31st May). We are still available in our Summerhill Road location in the Sheehan Medical Practice.
We really look forward to welcoming you to Patrick Street, and hope that you love our new premises as much as we do! See you soon!
