Pilates

Pilates courses are €105 for 6 weeks in-person, or €90 for 6 weeks online. Currently courses run on Monday, Wednesday & Thursday evenings, Monday mornings, and Thursday afternoons.

Ante-natal Pilates classes are Monday’s 8 – 9pm, and Post-natal mum and baby Pilates classes are Monday 11.15am-12.10pm, and 12.15pm-1.10pm.

Sarah, Niamh and Samantha are all Stott Pilates Certified Instructors and Chartered Physiotherapists. If you’d like to begin exercising with us, please contact us and we can arrange a suitable level group for you.

Pilates classes are available in-person and via Zoom.

Our in-person classes are held at St Paul’s Church Community Centre, Silchester Road, Glenageary.

Health Insurance

Chartered Physiotherapy fees are eligible for refund with VHI, AVIVA, LAYA, GLO and Hospital Saturday Fund among others (we do advise you check your policy in case of additional terms and conditions). Reimbursement rates vary depending on your policy.

Tax Relief

Tax relief is available on Chartered Physiotherapy costs. Submit a Med-1 form yearly to claim tax back on Physiotherapy expenses.
