Cancellations/Rescheduling

Policy

Rescheduling

With all best intentions, sometimes things come up and you cannot make your scheduled appointment, we do understand. Please give us as much notice as possible however, this allows us to support another client with care.

We reserve the right to request payment for the appointment slot, or withhold a deposit made, if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is provided. If we can back-fill this appointment slot, even at short notice, we will not request a cancellation fee be paid.

Sickness

We always strive to keep our clients as safe as possible. Should you be feeling unwell, we ask that you contact us and do not attend your scheduled appointment or class. We will try and accommodate a reschedule as best as we can.

In adherence with guidelines set out by our governing body, the ISCP, and the government, facemasks are not currently mandatory in our healthcare setting. Should you like to wear one, please do. Should you like us to wear one, please ask us to, we’d be happy to oblige.

Any equipment used, and the clinic plinth will be wiped down both before and after your appointment.

Pilates

Pilates classes are currently being conducted in two mediums, in-person in Glenageary, and online via Zoom. Sarah, Niamh, Samantha and Mollie can lead you for your scheduled hour of exercise in whatever way you feel most comfortable.

If taking our Zoom classes, videos of each class are emailed on later for you to repeat as desired. If you would like to begin exercising with us, please contact us and we can arrange a suitable level group for you.
